I

 hate                     want

 you.

You                      I

don't

deserve

me.                      you.

We

were

  never                   always

meant

to

meet.                   be.

 Please,

 go                        come

away.                   back.

You

were

the

worst                    best

for

 me.

I've been going through a lot lately and as the title goes, I've got a lot of conflicting emotions. There are so many things that I want to say to this one person but I don't know how. This is all I can say...I don't know what else I could do. If she could see this...I wonder what she would say...

Anyway, using my conflicting emotions, I tries to do those poems where the words can go one way or the other. Or something like that. I don't know how else to describe it. I thought it would be fun to try it out, it was but just difficult. Hopefully I did it correctly.

While this idea has been seen a touch in the past, I do love how you worked with the words and how they appear in the poem. The words themselves are interesting choices, but there's emotion behind them that makes the piece work. The technique you used is similar to one other poem I've seen, and it works here to emphasize the idea that you're being pulled in different directions emotionally. And it does leave a mark; the words are stretched towards two directions, like how our emotions can drag us in different directions. Overall, I enjoy this poem and I look forward to seeing more from you!
